Deseray
Case Manager
My name is Deseray Morales and I am a case manager at Road to Baby. I've been in the surrogacy industry for the past four years now. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Criminal justice at Northern Arizona University where I also minored in spanish. I have a passion for helping others and was drawn to surrogacy for that reward of seeing families being made through the girls I help mentor during the process. I pride myself on providing exceptional care and genuinity to my surrogates and intended parents. I love seeing the process come full circle. In my spare time, I love to travel, spend time with loved ones, and go hiking. I'm truly lucky to be a part of such an amazing team who all have the same goal in helping every client achieve their dream.

Case Manager
Hi, I’m Ysabelle and I have a major is business administration. I am Bilingual in English and Chinese and I am a Case Manager with Road to Baby. I have been in this industry 4 years. My role here is to continue helping families grow. It is such a big blessing and an honor to have this opportunity and be an important role in my IPs and Surrogate’s journey. As Road to Baby continues to growth, we have successfully helped more and more families dream come true, it makes me feel more confident to provide better service. I truly enjoy this industry and the close professional community. I enjoy attending conferences, meeting new professionals and leaning new information for self-improvement and to ensure we are following ethical guidelines. I believe in our mission at Road to Baby and I look forward to possibly working with you to achieve your parenthood dreams.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs. I am dog person. In winter time, we take the dogs to snowboarding, in summer, we take them to the beach. I also love to help people, helping is a good character in a person.

Case Coordinator
My name is Sophia and I am a case coordinator at Road to Baby. I have a B.S in psychology, and this is my first year in the industry. I have always wanted to help people and bring happiness to families. So working with Road to Baby to help build families is so fulfilling for me. I have worked in customer service and in therapy settings, and I love building relationships with GCs and IPs.

Case Coordinator
I have been in the surrogacy world for 6 years. I was previously an agent for one of the top insurance brokers for surrogacy. I believe my experience with insurance helps me better coordinate the matches
that I am responsible for. I am able to better explain to both surrogate and intended parents how their insurance plan best works for them. I am proud and love that I am able to provide the assistance and
guidance that our surrogates and intended parents need as it pertains to the insurance options.
I find my work very fulfilling. Those who struggle and yearn to be parents or expand their families hold a very special place in my heart. I admire and am constantly in awe of our surrogates who chose to help
build families.
On my free time, I truly enjoy spending time with family. Whether it’s alone time with my husband on our dinner or shopping dates or one on one time with my kids. I enjoy spending time with my siblings
and parents, nieces and nephews. We are a fun and hilarious group. I love attending concerts, football games and baseball games are my go-to.

Surrogate Admissions Coordinator
Hi, My name is Christina and I am one of the Admissions and Recruitment Coordinators for Road to Baby. I have been in the surrogacy world for the past 6 years, not in a professional capacity but as a 3-time surrogate before joining the Road to Baby team. My passion for helping families have their own bundle of joy switched from the surrogate role to helping women realize their dream of being surrogates themselves. Surrogacy is a huge part of my life and the connections I have made with my own surrogate families has helped me to better understand my role at Road to Baby, not just on the surrogate side, but also the intended parents’ side. I believe that a woman who chooses to become a surrogate has an extra special heart. The selflessness to give of not just yourself but our families during these journeys is nothing short of magnificent. Surrogates choose this for themselves, because they know that joy their own children bring them and the thought of another human being not having that chance for whatever reason is unimaginable. I am also a mom to 4 adult or almost adult children who is in awe daily at the lives they have created for themselves but who also spends my free time by the pool with my husband, doing activities with the 1 kid still at home and spending time with my friends.

Hello, my name is Ashley! My role here at Road to Baby is Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator. Professional background includes a Bachelor of Science: paralegal studies graduated in 2023 and 2013 CNA/GNA. I am a previous surrogate through Road to Baby. I delivered surro-baby in September of 2022. My passion is to share my journey as a surrogate and hopefully be a voice for those that may not know what surrogacy is or where to begin their journey. I want all current and future surrogates through Road to Baby to feel the way I felt which is not just a journey but a family. I truly felt that way with the amount of love and support I received not just from the Intended parents but everyone with Road to Baby. I would say I am very outgoing, will go above and beyond, and value communication and teamwork. I have always wanted to do surrogacy before having children of my own, after being around friends who struggled with infertility as seeing their journey first hand broke my heart. Watching one of my best friends complete a journey with Road to Baby made it very clear that surrogacy was in my future too. A year later I started my journey and after delivery I began my career in admissions and recruiting with Road to Baby where we are not just family, but we are here to help families grow.
Fun fact is I am a TWIN, I love to travel and stay busy! You will not catch me sitting still!

Community Outreach Coordinator
As an Outreach Coordinator, I locate events allowing Road to Baby to educate the public about the agency, surrogacy, egg and sperm donation and how beneficial it is to join our community to help intended parents. This allows me to recruit and coordinate future surrogates and donors for Road to Baby. As a two-time surrogate, I loved working with Road to Baby. It is in my nature to educate others about my process and the process of surrogates and donors. When I heard Road to Baby had a position open that reflected what I already did, I applied. I love having the experience from the surrogate side to help others understand the process and what the journey means. Assisting families to have children of their own not only brings them joy but also brings me happiness, knowing that I helped get them there.
The motto, “Do for others what you would want to be done for you,” is a rule that I live by. That is how I see my position as an Outreach Coordinator, a person of kindness who educates others in a manner that can benefit people to become joyous and happy.

Hi everyone, my name is Amy and I am currently a Community Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator with RTB. Being in outreach has helped me connect with so many potential surrogates and create so many beautiful friendships along the way. I am also a milspouse and a mother to a toddler with a teenager attitude. Being able to carry life into the world was a privilege that I was given and that’s when I jumped into the Surrogacy world. I started my first journey in 2022 and will become a surrogate mother again in this year. It’s not an easy journey but a beautiful and rewarding one. I can’t wait to grow along with Road To Baby and watch these beautiful families come to fruition.
