Meet the Founder

Hi! My name is Jennifer Carrillo and I am the Founder of Road to Baby. We are an international surrogacy, egg and sperm donation agency located in San Diego, Ca.
As a first generation Latina who was raised by a single mom, I deeply value women’s strength, resilience and family. During my college years, I served as Vice President of the women's studies student association, nurturing my passion for inclusivity and women's rights. I also supported survivors of domestic violence at women's shelters, aiding mothers in securing employment and independence for them and their families. After graduating college, I began my career in Fertility Reproduction. Joining this industry has allowed me to help people in one of the most meaningful ways possible—family building. In 2019 I founded Road to Baby. With over a decade of experience, my role at Road to Baby is to continue supporting families worldwide while also advocating for women's reproductive rights and the diverse choices in family building.
